Project Overview
This project involves comprehensive site development services, including demolition, grading, and installation of artificial turf; construction of concrete sidewalks, curbing, and seat walls; implementation of irrigation systems; and placement of crushed rock for landscaping.
Scope of Work
Demolition
- Removal of mow curbs
- Removal of existing irrigation and cap turf area
- Removal of storm drain to be relocated
- Removal of lighting to be relocated
- Existing boulders to be removed
- Existing trench drain to be removed
Grading
- Provide new grading as per plans
Artificial Grass
- Area: 4,479 square feet of Synthetic Grass to be installed
- Infill Sand
- Turf to be installed over compacted Class 2 Base
- Additonal Class 2 Base Included
- Nailer Board 1″ x 4″ recycled plastic lumber nailer board
Concrete Sidewalks, Curbing, and Flagstone
- Provide and install concrete sidewalk
- Color to match existing concrete
- Provide and install 6″ to 8″ concrete curbing for new artificial turf install and new landscape areas
- Provide new flagstone to match existing flagstone

- Provide and install concrete seats
- Seat Wall Backless 2′ High x 2’3″ Wide with 1′ footing
- 128 Linear Feet with Design and Curves as per plans
- Seats to have Geofoam Infill
- Includes Custom Forming
Concrete Seats II
- Provide and install concrete seats
- Backless Seat Wall as per plans
- 53 Linear Feet with Design and Curves as per plans
- Seats to have Geofoam Infill
- Includes Custom Forming
Irrigation
- Provide and install new irrigation as per plans
