Project Overview
This project involves the professional installation of poured-in-place (PIP) surfacing, ensuring compliance with all manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
Scope of Work
Remove and Dispose Existing Track and Base
- Remove Existing Track Surface: Approx. 7700 Square Feet
- Remove 4″ of existing base: Approx. 90-95 Cubic Yards
Install Class 2 Base for New Track Surface
- Provide and Install 4″ of Class 2 Base for new track surface: Approx. 140 Tons
- Class 2 Base to be compacted to 90-95% Compaction Rate
Install Concrete Mow Curb
- Provide and Install Concrete Mow Curb 6″ x 6″
- Curb to be used as border for new base and PIP for track
- Curbing to be on outside and inside perimeter track
Poured-in-Place (PIP) Rubber Surfacing
- Area: 7,700 square feet of 1 1/2″ PIP installed
- Colors and Designs:
- Color #1: 50% Black and 50% Bright Red with aromatic binder
The PIP surfacing will be installed as per plans, incorporating the specified colors and designs for aesthetic appeal and safety.
Paint Track Stripes
- Provide and Install Track Striping for lanes
- Track to be 3-4′ lanes
